KRISTA SHAUL

Although I initially grew up in large cities like Chicago, Detroit, and Austin, Texas, Nebraska became home for further education and is where my heart is.  I obtained a double education degree from Concordia, Seward, NE in 2003, and a law degree from the University of Nebraska in 2005.  

I spent almost a decade in Sidney, NE where I was Deputy County Attorney, and then joined a small firm focusing on Oil & Gas Law, Estate Planning and Probates, and Real Estate transactions.  I spent another 6 years in Denver at a boutique Oil & Gas Law Firm where I specialized in Drilling and Division Order Title Opinions and Due Diligence Projects.

In 2019 I moved back to the panhandle of Nebraska, where I am thrilled to provide clients with guidance and assistance as we tailor an individual plan to navigate your transactional or  courtroom matters.
