PHILIP E. PIERCE

Prior to entry into a law career I resided in Hitchcock County, Nebraska where I owned and operated a variety of successful businesses.  I understand the knowledge, determination, complexity and diversification one must have in order to successfully survive in agriculture.  Along with owning farm ground and ranching I also operated a moderate size dairy.  The need for grain bins and metal buildings lead me to the construction business employing up to 25 employees.  All of these past experiences and knowledge have provided me with a background as a foundation in providing my clients with honest and solid representation.

I obtained my law decree at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln in 1992 and was admitted to the Nebraska and Colorado Bar in April of 1993.  I have been representing clients throughout Nebraska and Colorado in various courts for 18 years and have practiced in the county, district, appellate and federal courts of both states.

My mission is to work hard to provide outstanding legal services to my clients in a cost effective and efficient manner.  This simple philosophy is one that my staff and I take seriously and keep in mind with every client and every matter.
